在中国驻越南大使馆的向中嫌疑协调下，越南公安部8月1日在中越边境友谊关口岸向中国警方移交了395名涉嫌网络赌博犯罪的移犯罪嫌疑人，以及大批手机、网络平板电脑、赌博计算机等涉案物证。越南
根据中越警方长达数月的警方交名联合调查，众多中国籍不法人员在越南北部海防市租住楼房，向中嫌疑管理近百家赌博网站，针对中国境内人员，大肆组织开展网络赌博违法活动，涉案资金达数十亿元人民币。
为准备收网，中国警方提前派出工作组与越方进行对接和沟通。根据双方计划，越南警方于7月27日组织上千名警力对多个犯罪窝点开展行动，将所有涉案嫌疑人一举抓获。
中国驻越南大使馆警务参赞赵万鹏表示，中越警方有着良好密切、积极务实的合作关系。近期，根据跨国犯罪出现的新情况，中越警方不断加大信息交流、联合侦办的力度，连续破获多起大案，取得了良好的执法和社会效果。中国警方正告有关犯罪嫌疑人，尽快悬崖勒马，向警方投案自首，否则将面临法律的严惩。（王迪 陶军）
